Resolving Conflict – 2 Day Workshop

On behalf of CUPE Local 4879 Executive Members, we cordially invite you to attend a 2 day workshop on Resolving Conflict.
Date: Friday, November 27 and Saturday, November 28, 2009
Time: Friday 8:30 (registration) to 4 PM, Saturday 9 AM to 4 PM
Location: TRU – OM1472
When people have different points of view, conflict can arise. This course is designed to deepen your understanding of conflict and develop stronger skills to resolve it. You will learn how to deal with conflict between members, with management, and in other situations when tensions are high.
If you are interested in attending, please fill out the registration form at the bottom and return by Monday, November 9th, 2009 to the CUPE 4879 Administration office – OM2784, internal ext 7249 and/or cupe4879@tru.ca.
Lunch/refreshments will be provided for the 2 days.
